Position Summary:
As a Medical Provider at Elevate Medical, LLC, you will be expected to bring about the retention of long-term quality patients for the company through the execution of service delivery systems, so the patients’ needs and expectations are met or exceeded. You will be needed to assess, advise, and treat patients in accordance with our services offered in the clinic. As the clinic Medical Provider, you will be responsible for looking at the body as a whole and assisting in the creation of treatment plans for our patients to receive the most comprehensive care. You will be an essential piece of the integrated clinic and will work in tandem to collaborate with other health professionals to result in the most effective treatment plans and clinical outcomes. This position requires someone who will be compassionate, caring, optimistic, self-motivated, and gets excited about a challenge. You must be a team player who has a genuine interest in helping others, along with an interest in changing the conversation with patients, the public, and other providers about how we provide healthcare in the U.S
